One, two, three-line urban residential price decline overall
In january, the price of new residential housing in front-line cities declined by 0. 3 per cent, the same as last month. Of these, shanghai is flat, with decreases of 0. 3, 0. 6 and 0. 4 per cent in beijing, guangzhou and shenzhen, respectively. The price of new residential housing in second-line cities decreased by 0. 3 per cent and by 0. 1 percentage points. The value of residential sales for newly built goods in third-line cities decreased by 0. 4 per cent, the same rate as last month。
In january, the price of second-hand residential sales in the first-line cities decreased by 0. 5 per cent, by 0. 4 percentage points less than last month.
