What do you fear most? It was not the old house, it was not the poor facilities, but the landlord who had deliberately sought out, or who did not refund the deposit。
It is hard to save money to rent, and it's a deduction when you check out, and it's a problem, with hundreds of deposits, for every reason. No reason, no trouble with the police, no merit in prosecution, and a lot of people have to put up with it。
But i've heard of one of the most exasperating tenants: the landlords are in trouble, they don't refund the deposit, the tenants don't fight, they turn around and buy over 200 duck eggs。
He does not break the door, does not break the wall, does not break the law, does not break the law, does not do anything illegal, does not do anything but treat the duck eggs properly and leaves quietly. The landlord then came to the house and opened the door, and the whole body fell down — there was no damage in the house, no malicious damage, but the feeling of lingering long enough for the landlord to remember。

Some say that the tenant is too tough, but i think it's not hard, it's a decent response。
Everyone wants to get along. Everybody wants to get together. But when landlords are weak in their manners, rational in their sense of bullying, the deposit that should have been refunded is their own extra income, and tenants are forced to walk out of their way to get justice in such a way that it is harmless, illegal and impressive enough。
It's a very nice thing to rent。
Some landlords, reasonable, house-like, renter-free, refund money

Landlords, who do nothing, usually leave the house with a hard-on, want to earn a deposit。
More than 200 duck eggs, which seem to be a bit of a whim, are actually telling all landlords:
Don't treat the renter like an asshole, don't set the rules, don't think it's a bully。
And it is not easy for people to go out of their homes; and if you treat one another honestly, we shall pay you with kindness; and if you are mean, then do not blame others for keeping your memory long。
I'll see you later。

The pithead may be proud of a moment; but only by being disciplined and conscientious can he rest his life。
Let's rent a house, let's be human, let's leave someone else。
