On 25 december, the platform published on the official website a public notice on changing the rules for the handling of disputes on the platform。
The circular mentioned that treasure hunters received too many poor assessments or irregularities on the platform and that, once a large number of complaints had been received from buyers, quick refunds or only refund support would be made as a result of the recovery。
The rule change was communicated on 19 december 2023 and will enter into force on 26 december 2023。
According to the notice, this change in the rule added a new rule for quick refund or refund based on the platform's own large data capabilities, identifying multi-dimensional combinations and providing a basis for quick refunds or refunds when the buyer initiates sales that meet the circumstances。
