Description of how electricity balances were communicated for upgrading
The former charge balance was communicated by the remote transmission of the charge information from the settlement system to the bill after the automatic copying form and by the client to view the charge balance on the meter. This approach has partly met the need for close access to information on electricity charges, but there are also some shortcomings, such as: the failure or delay in the remote distribution of information as a result of peak-time communication congestion; difficulties in reading tables owing to the high electrical position, the centralized installation of floors, the installation of wells and the lack of light in the building; and the inability to view the meter charges on site for reasons of external or off-site life. With the rapid growth of the internet, the past electricity bill balance has been communicated in ways that are no longer adapted to the customer's need for “failure and access to information”, and sichuan national network power was upgraded in 2024 to provide easier access to electricity。
The new method of upgrading is that information, such as electricity charges, is sent directly to the client's mobile phone app by encryption in the clearing system, that internet technology is able to safely and accurately perform the task of sending information, and that the original method is discontinued. Clients can bind their account numbers through platforms such as the online national network app, micro-app, payment of poapp, real-time access to power bill balances, power information, demand for electricity and repair, etc., have achieved comparable and off-site “failure-to-in-home” power services, which have received general positive feedback from a wide range of clients since their functional upgrades。
We also note that some of our clients are less accustomed to new and old methods of searching, for which we have added the following user-friendly measures:
1. Call 95598 to subscribe to monthly electricity billings free of charge。
2. Call 95598 for free access to the current power supply and the balance of electricity costs。
3. The electricity company automatically pushes the balance of the electricity bill free of charge, which is short of a reminder。
4. Provision of home-based electricity and referral services for special groups such as older users。

Sichuan power, a national network, provides internet access in five ways:
“online country network” app: users download the “online country network” app from the “application market” on their mobile phones, and can complete their electricity billing and purchase services once they are registered and assigned a household number。
“online country network” micro-intelligence program: searching the “online country network” in micro-intelligence programs, completing the login and entering the electricity account number, will allow the power billing and purchase services。
Micro-credit living contributions: the entry of an electric account number in the “living contribution” function in the “services” column of the micro-credit allows for the completion of electricity fee queries and the purchase of electricity services。
Micro-credit public: searching for “sichuan power on the national net” in the public domain of micro-letters for the completion of attention, registration and booking of the electricity account number, thus enabling the completion of electricity billing and purchase services。
Payment of valuable living contributions: find the “living contribution” column in the list of functions on the first page of the treasure, click on the “electricity fee” and enter the electricity account number to complete the electricity fee query and purchase services。
