On 28 december, journalists were informed by the nine river market price bureau that the consumer price index (cpi) for the city of kyujiang in november 2015 was 101. 2 per cent, an increase of 1. 2 per cent. Food prices rose by 2. 0 per cent in november, affecting the overall cpi level by 0. 7 percentage points, or 61. 7 per cent of the total cpi increase. The prices of the 16 food categories surveyed increased by four times over the same period. Of the 16 categories, which continued to account for the largest increase in the price of meat and its products, 9. 5 per cent over the same period, pork prices increased by 14. 3 per cent over the same period and direct pull of cpi by about 0. 6 percentage points, which is one of the main reasons for the increase in cpi. Second is the price of starch and products, which rose 9. 3 per cent each year; third is liquid milk and dairy products, which rose 4. 3 per cent the same year; and food, dried beans and beans, eggs, water products, high singing tastes, sugar, tea and beverages, pastry bread and pastry, which rose by no more than 4 per cent each year. The four categories of declining prices were grease, vegetables, dried fresh fruit and other food products, of which dried fresh fruit had the largest decline of 6. 9 per cent in comparison with the previous year; followed by grease prices of 4. 7 per cent in comparison with the same year; and the remaining two categories of prices had a smaller decrease in comparison with the same year。

As a result of policy adjustments to tobacco prices, tobacco prices rose by 7. 3 per cent over the same period, with an 8. 0 per cent increase in the price of high-end cigarettes and 6. 8 per cent in the price of medium-term cigarettes. Alcohol prices fell by 0. 6 per cent. Clothing prices rose by 6. 6 per cent, clothing materials by 4. 9 per cent, footwear caps by 2. 9 per cent and clothing processing services by 29. 3 per cent。
The price of household equipment supplies and maintenance services increased by 3. 6 per cent over the same period. Among them, the price of consumer durables for household equipment increased by 1. 6 per cent, the price of household groceries rose by 1. 9 per cent, the price of bedding rose by 5. 6 per cent and the price of interior decorations fell by 2. 6 per cent. In recent years, the prices of domestic services and processing and maintenance services have increased by 15. 5 per cent over the same period, as a result of the increase in the cost of labour and utilities, which has led to higher tariffs in the service sector in kyushu city。
Prices for health care and personal effects increased by 2. 9 per cent over the same period. In november, prices for medical devices and supplies rose by 2. 6 per cent, with prices for chinese and chinese medicines rising by 3. 4 per cent and 0. 4 per cent, respectively, and for health devices by 1. 1 per cent and health services by 6. 2 per cent. The price of personal effects and services rose by 3. 4 per cent, of which the price of jewellery fell by 14. 5 per cent and the cost of personal services by 14. 7 per cent (27. 0 per cent and 26. 1 per cent respectively)。

Prices for transport and communications declined by 0. 7 per cent over the same period. In november, the price of transport fell by 1. 3 per cent over the same period, including by 12. 8 per cent for fuel and spare parts. Transportation, vehicle usage and maintenance costs increased by 6. 1 per cent and 8. 4 per cent, respectively. The price of communications fell by 0. 1 per cent over the same period。
The prices of recreational educational cultural goods and services increased by 0. 2 per cent over the same period. Among them, the price of consumer goods and services for recreational use decreased by 1. 5 per cent, the cost of education increased by 0. 4 per cent and the cost of cultural and recreational activities increased by 1. 6 per cent, mainly as a result of the 13. 8 per cent increase in the cost of physical fitness activities。
In the residential category, prices decreased by 2. 8 per cent over the same period. Among them, the price of building and refurbishing materials fell by 1. 0 per cent (12. 6 per cent for cement and 3. 8 per cent for paint), the cost of housing rose by 0. 6 per cent and the price of water, electricity and fuel decreased by 7. 0 per cent (24. 4 per cent for liquefied petroleum gas)。
