Pulmonary arterial hypertension, a common, multi-prevalence clinical pathological syndrome, is now considered the third common cardiovascular disease after coronary heart disease and hypertension, seriously endangering human health and life. Since early symptoms are not obvious, the necessary tests play an important role in identifying the symptoms。
In diagnosing pulmonary arteries, we use chest x-rays, which are what we often call x-rays, to understand the conditions associated with pulmonary arteries. In patients with high pulmonary artery pressure, the x-ray chest tablets of patients who are light to moderate can be shown to be normal, but the x-ray chest tablets of patients who are more seriously ill are characterized by the following four points:

Medium to high pulmonary arteries are prominent, the pulmonary frontal artery is significantly expanded and the left and right pulmonary artery is large
2. An increase in the main pulmonary artery and pulmonary door shadows and a decrease in the pulmonary vascular texture in the surrounding area, with signs of amputation

3, right heart room and right heart chamber amplification: side chest tablets can see right heart chamber shadows into the back of the chest
A number of other diseases can also be detected, such as pulmonary ingestion, lung expansion and spinal cones。

The chest x-ray examination is of high value for special pulmonary artery high pressure and for diagnosis of patients with moderate and severe pulmonary artery high pressure, but even if the chest x-ray is normal, the potential for pulmonary artery high pressure cannot be discharged. In addition, x-ray examinations help to detect congenital lung diseases, pleural diseases, cardiac calcification or congenital cardiac malformations。
It should be noted that, when x-ray checks are carried out at each part, all substances that affect x-ray penetration, such as ointment, dressing, hair clips and metal accessories, must be removed and, to the extent possible, the clothing of the inspected part removed, with particular attention given to the wool or silk fabrics, which can easily cast shadows on the photographs and affect their quality. However, as far as possible, the parts examined should also be avoided in order to avoid exposure。
