The civilian police are in the process of taking stock of false evidence obtained. We're here for the police
In the recent days of the beijing times news service (reporter chang), the dai hing police, through a citizen's report, had taken down a place where false documents for the sale and sale of false stamps were hidden in residential buildings, where more than 120 copies of various forged documents and 300 forged stamps were obtained. At present, zhang and li chi are in criminal detention for alleged forgery of state seals. Ms. Gao, who bought a false marriage certificate to avoid being forced to marry by her family, was criticized by the police for her education。
In recent days, ms. Wang, who lives in a residential building in the town of yellow village, dynasty district, has often found it unusual for a man and a woman living in the same building. Each time ms. Wang met the two men in the hallway, they were both in a state of panic and without greeting them, and they left. "on one occasion i saw two people holding a marriage certificate." according to ms. Wang, she was aware that ordinary people had multiple marriage certificates in their hands, which were most likely forged。
An investigation was conducted immediately after the report was received by the civilian police at the police station in pangzhou, dynasty district. After two days of investigation, the police found that ms. Wang had reported that a man and a woman were making false seals. There is a clear division of labour between the two; the man is responsible for making false certificates at home, and the woman is responsible for outreach to “clients”. The two individuals promoted through the posting of small advertisements and made false certificates for sale as soon as clients contacted them。
On the morning of 21 january this year, after obtaining the evidence, the civilian police inspected the houses where the two suspects lived. After the civilian police knocked on the door, the suspect woman li opened the door and the civilian police then entered the two rooms where they lived. The civilian police found that one of the guest rooms had been converted to a factory specializing in the making of false seals, and that all kinds of forgery tools, such as computers and printers, were available。
From the scene, the civilian police received more than 120 forged documents and over 300 forged seals, such as a “community land-use certificate” “business licence”, a “university diploma” “constructor's certificate”, an “accounting qualification certificate”。
Upon examination, the two suspects confessed that they were either husband and wife or were friends living together. In the face of the civilian police, the two men admitted that the forgery and sale of various documents was illegal。
In the large number of false documents obtained, the civilian police found a forged marriage certificate and contacted ms. Gao, who had been “married” in the document, who then arrived at the police station。
Ms. Gao, 30 years old, said that she was still unmarried because her family had been urging her to marry, and she was very upset. Soon after the new year, ms. Gao had come to realize that she could prove her marriage by means of a false marriage certificate, temporarily concealing the marriage from her family and having a good year. Ms. Gao saw information that could be used to make false certificates in small ads on the side of the road and contacted the suspect and provided personal information。
The civil police told ms. Gao, with a fake marriage certificate with a copy of the “diamma registry of the civil administration of the chaoyang district”, that the purchase of a false certificate was a criminal offence committed by a person who collaborated in the sale of a false certificate and could be suspected of having used the seal of a state agency for the forgery, which, because of the light nature of the case and the lack of documentation, was being criticized. Ms. Gao indicated that she almost made a big mistake because of her impulsiveness to contact the purchase and would never do so again。
At present, two counterfeit suspects are being held in criminal custody by the police on suspicion of forgery of state organs'seals。
