Article 70
The driver of a motor vehicle shall undergo periodic examination by the traffic administration of the public security organ in accordance with the law and administrative regulations. The driver of a motor vehicle shall be examined by the traffic administration of the public security organ when he/she exchanges a motor vehicle driver's licence in accordance with articles 57 and 58 of this article. Drivers of large buses, tractors, urban buses, medium buses and large trucks shall be examined by the traffic administration of the public security organs within 30 days of the end of each score cycle. However, if no score is recorded during a score cycle, it is not subject to review in this score cycle. A driver who holds a driving permit of a type other than the one provided for in paragraph 3 of this article and who is equally liable for more than one person's death as a result of a traffic accident and who has not revoked the motor vehicle driver's licence shall be examined by the traffic administration of the public security organ within thirty days of the end of this score period.
