Ii. Conditions for relevance
1. The files of graduates of higher education institutions who are employed and self-employed in small-scale micro-enterprises may be kept free of charge by the local public employment service; the files of graduates of flexible, unemployed higher education institutions may be kept free of charge by the public employment service at the county level, where they are domiciled。
2. Prohibition requirements: (1) the file is unsealed; (2) the file is sealed without seals and sutures; (3) there is no list of catalogues of archival material; (4) there is no notification of file transmission; (5) the individual carries his or her own file。
Iii. Applications
1. An employed graduate provides an original copy of the employment contract or the employment agreement for the graduate; a student who is in flexible employment and who is not employed is not required to provide the application (from the graduate school to the public employment service at the county level where his/her domicile is located)。
