Alexa ranking basics
The ranking shown on the lexa toolbar is the overall ranking, the average of the three-month daily rankings. If you want to see a change in the short duration of your website, go to the last week's ranking and the same day's ranking on the lexa website。
Alexa ranking mechanism: alexa ranking score is calculated with two main parameters: reach and pv
* reach is the number of sites visited per million alexa active users within the same day. :: pv is the average number of alexa users accessing your website on a daily basis。
The most easily created error *lexa calculation is that the same page that accesss the same site on the same day can only be calculated once.
