The people's bank of china is scheduled to issue a set of gold and silver coins for the sixtieth anniversary of the founding of the tibet autonomous region on 15 august 2025. The set consists of two commemorative coins, one of which is gold and one of silver。
I. The munition of moneys
The positive map of the commemorative currency is the national emblem of the people's republic of china, which is published in the country's name and in its annual number, and the back of the map is the logo for the celebration of the sixtieth anniversary of the tibet autonomous region, which is designed in the form of a sanctuary tattoo, as well as the text of the national language, the writing of the tibetan language and its denomination。
Ii. Specification and circulation of commemorative coins
Eight g round gold coins, consisting of eight g of pure gold, 22 mm in diameter, 100 yuan in denomination and 99. 9 per cent in colour, have a maximum circulation of 10,000。
30 g of silver coins, comprising 30 g of pure silver, 40 mm in diameter, 10 yuan in face, 99. 9% in colour, with a maximum circulation of 20,000。
