The kyodong home exchange will provide new goods for replacement, with the following specific procedures and elements:
Exchange policy and conditions
The kyoto self-employed commodity exchange policy makes it clear that new equivalents are available to consumers when they apply for an exchange within a specified time frame and meet the conditions. Core conditions include:
The goods need to be kept intact, packaged, fully equipped and without prejudice to secondary sales; valid purchase documents such as purchase orders, invoices, etc.; and the goods need to be under warranty and the cause of the damage is artificial. If there is a quality problem or a lack of conformity with the description, kyoto may deal with it at its discretion, even if beyond the warranty period。
Exchange of goods
Kyoto offers two types of exchange:

(a) take items at the door: couriers carry new goods and consumers hand over older goods directly to couriers for replacement
Self-remittance: consumers are required to send back old goods after packing them, using the return order number provided by kyoto, which receives and accepts certified new goods。
Exchange process
1. Request for exchange of goods
Consumers can apply in two ways:

Online application: login to kyoto account number, enter "my order", click "applied for sale" after finding the target commodity, choose "for exchange" and fill out the reasons
Telephone application: telephone call to kyoto to provide information on goods and reasons for the exchange。
2. Audit approval
Upon receipt of the application, the examination will be completed within 1-2 working days. After the audit, the client service informs the change order number and subsequent processes, such as when to pick up the items at the door or to return to the address。
3. Handover of commodities
(a) collection at door: consumers must wait for the courier to come to the door at the appointed time and complete the handover after checking that the goods are correct

Self-remittance: consumers need to properly package old goods and send back using a single number from kyoto to avoid delays in the exchange of goods due to logistical problems。
4. Identification of incoming and outgoing new commodities
Once the old commodity is received, it will be accepted. If the goods are eligible, new goods will be sent out within one to three working days; if there are problems with the goods (e. G., human damage or missing accessories), kyoto will contact the consumers to negotiate solutions。
5. Signing of new commodities
When new commodities are received, consumers are required to sign and check for their integrity in a timely manner. If problems are identified, contact the kyoto passenger service again。
