    The interim scheme states that the local housing security authorities organize the preparation of a public rental housing asset allocation plan at their level. The public rental asset allocation plan includes the number of increases or decreases in public rental property during the year, size, financial needs and sources, prior-year asset holdings, as well as the way in which they were configured, and business maintenance。

    According to the scheme, the public rental housing assets under management are mainly those held by the local government housing security authorities and included in the urban housing security plan and annual plans to provide housing to eligible recipients.     Interim measures for the management of public rental housing assets

    General provisions

    In order to regulate and strengthen the management of public rental housing assets (hereinafter referred to as public rental housing assets), this approach is developed in accordance with laws and regulations such as the property rights law of the people's republic of china and the budget law of the people's republic of china。

    Article ii. This approach applies to the management of public rental housing assets. In this scheme, public rental housing assets are those held by local government housing security authorities and are included in urban housing security plans and annual plans to provide housing to eligible recipients.     Chapter viii
