On 9 november, households living in the people's east road green garden quarter discovered that the water company had posted a reminder bill, which had caused the households to pay their bills on time to be mistreated。

Journalists in the green park have seen a “law letter” posted at the various exits, as well as at the entrance to each unit building。

The communication indicates that the sub-districts did not pay water charges to the water company from october 2019 to november 2021. As at 8 november 2021, there were 21 outstanding charges, with a cumulative amount of over 2. 5 million. In the meantime, the water company has also sent the outstanding fee notice on time, but the district has still not paid the fees, in violation of the relevant legal provisions. The district is requested to pay the water bill by 30 november 2021, and if it is overdue, the water company will suspend the water supply in accordance with the law。

Many households are wondering, “we never owe water, and i think it's a little strange why we owe it.”
Households described the green garden sub-district as an old sub-district and did not carry out a one-stop shop. Their water bills are paid to the property companies on the basis of the family's tabular figures and transferred from the property to the water company during the contributory period. It is not clear to them why there is a debt. But if the water stops, it will have a great impact on our lives. “there are more than 430 families in the sub-district, and if the water stops, the basics of life cannot be solved.”
In response to household questions, journalists contacted the company responsible for water collection。

In the course of the collection of water charges, the management staff described the water bill and the summary table as an apology, which were subsequently checked by professionals and found leaks in the pipes, all buried in the ground. However, the sub-districts did not carry out a one-household modification, as it required a portion of the household's cost and some households were reluctant to bear it, and the renovation was put on hold。

It is known that the green garden district was also suspended for two days in september for lack of payment. In response to this reminder, the property has been presented to the community and the streets, and consultations will be resumed with representatives of the owners, water companies and the property sector。
