As an important basis for project management, the scientific and normative aspects of the software pricing assessment are urgently needed in the current development of the software industry. With the issuance of a series of national standards, such as the gb/t 36964-2018 standard on measuring the cost of software development (gb/t 36964-2018), the upgrading of software values is seen as a key direction for raising the level of industrial infrastructure security, and the establishment of a software value assessment mechanism is an important means of achieving this goal. In order to ensure the scientific and normative nature of the software price assessment techniques, it is particularly critical to define the objectives and principles of the assessments, to establish uniform assessment criteria and processes, to inform national standards and to enhance the development of professional value for money。
From 24 to 26 may 2024, the hubei software industry association organized a training course for software engineers in hubei province in 2024 (first session), which provided additional expertise in the area of software pricing. The course was attended by over 20 participants from a, it users, b, third-party supervisors, advisory bodies and higher education institutions。
The opening ceremony of the training was hosted by sondan, director of the association's twin soft assessment department. Director song explained that the association had been working on the research, promotion and application of software price estimates, software development cost measures and software engineering technology, and that it had issued the hubei province recommended price estimates for software, the group standard, the standard for measuring the cost of development of software for informatization projects (t/hbsia003-2019), which was widely used and highly recognized by industry. To date, three training courses on software engineering have been conducted, which have trained nearly 100 software engineers. At the same time, as the head of the course, director song emphasized to the participants the importance of training and testing, and hoped that the participants would come and get what they wanted and wished them well。

Three days of training, teachers were constantly preaching to teach, and students were tireless in their search for truth. In keeping with the curriculum, and in the light of the practical experience of the project, mr. Paik provided an in-depth and out-of-the-post account of the national standard, the cost measurement standard for software engineering and software development (gb/t 36964-2018) and its estimation methods, processes and principles, as well as a focused presentation of the internationally and nationally common software scale function point methodology, detailing how to estimate the scope, workload, duration, cost of the project on the basis of a model of industry-based cost estimates, and guiding participants to practical exercises and group discussions in the light of actual cases。
At the end of the training, participants expressed their interest and interest in learning new directions in software pricing, and in finding the basis and methodology for scientific norms for the challenges encountered in practical projects. In the construction and management of future ict projects, the knowledge learned can be used widely to make the software cost visible, cost-effective and clear。
