1. Electricity is provided to non-resident users of residential homes, small residential areas and non-residents who pay the price of electricity, by means of a direct copy of the electricity grid, and by a fee-paying, centralized public power exchange facility for electric vehicles, in accordance with the price of non-residents who pay the price. 2. The single commercial and commercial price is enforced for electric vehicles installed in party bodies, enterprise units, social public parking spaces, with a capacity of 100 kva and below; the single or two price for commercial and commercial electricity between 100 kva and 315 kva; and 315 kva and above. By 2030, electricity will be provided free of demand (capacity) charges for the charging of electric motor vehicles for the implementation of commercial and industrial power prices。
3. Electric vehicles charged with commercial and commercial electricity shall be charged with electricity at the power exchange facility and shall be charged at the commercial and commercial peak time. Among these, users of single-cost commercial and industrial electricity cannot choose to implement a policy of flat-part electricity price plus 4 cents per kilowatt hour。
4. Electricity is provided in electric bicycle-to-wire facilities in small residential areas of the population, and the power-grid enterprise applies the price of non-resident users to the operating units of the recharge facility and to the operating units of the recharge facility.
