In november 2025, 70 large and medium-sized cities experienced an overall decline and an increase in the year-on-year price of residential sales。
Among the four cities covered by the census, the price index of newly built commercial houses and second-hand residential sales in the cities of jenan, qingdao, nishi, jinin and qiang has been declining consistently。

With regard to second-hand residential prices, the price index for second-hand residential sales in chinan fell by 0. 5 per cent, or 4. 4 per cent over the same period. The price index for second-hand residential sales in aoshima fell by 0. 6 per cent, or 5. 0 per cent over the same period. The second-hand residential sales price index fell by 0. 9 per cent compared to the previous year's rate of 7. 5 per cent. The price index for second-hand residential sales in chinin fell by 0. 8 per cent and by 6. 5 per cent over the same period。
One, two, three-line urban commodity residential price chain decline
In november, the price of new residential housing in front-line cities decreased by 0. 4 per cent, an increase of 0. 1 percentage points over the previous month. Of these, shanghai rose by 0. 1 per cent, beijing, guangzhou and shenzhen by 0. 5 per cent, 0. 5 per cent and 0. 9 per cent, respectively. The price of new residential housing in the second and third-line cities decreased by 0. 3 per cent and 0. 4 per cent, respectively, with a reduction of 0. 1 percentage points。
In november, second-hand residential sales prices in front-line cities decreased by 1. 1 per cent, by 0. 2 percentage points more than last month. In november, second-hand residential selling prices in front-line cities decreased by 5. 8 per cent over the same period, an increase of 1. 4 percentage points over the previous month. Of these, beijing, shanghai, guangzhou and shenzhen decreased by 6. 8 per cent, 4. 6 per cent, 7. 2 per cent and 4. 8 per cent, respectively. Second- and third-line urban secondary housing prices decreased by 5. 6 per cent and 5. 8 per cent, respectively, and increased by 0. 4 and 0. 1 percentage points, respectively。
