In october 2025, in 70 cities and cities, the price of residential sales for all lines of urban merchandise declined in ring and year-on-year terms。

Second-hand residential sales in second-line cities decreased by 5. 2 per cent over the same period, an increase of 0. 2 percentage points. Second-hand residential sales in third-line cities decreased by 5. 7 per cent in comparison with the previous month。
