For the first time, the proportion of nursing beds in old-age institutions was included in the system, with a steady increase in the percentage of children under three years of age enrolled in care and life expectancy per person, so that development gains would benefit all communities more。
The guangxi system deploys priority tasks over the next five years around established objectives, focusing on six areas. It has continued to expand its cooperation with both the interior and the outside world. Insisting on urban-rural integration and coordinated development, following the urban development path, learning to use the “millions of works” experience, making the agricultural brand a strong “cuisine” and promoting a new form of urbanization and comprehensive rural renewal in an integrated manner. In keeping with the ecological priorities and green development, we will work together to reduce carbon, reduce pollution, increase green and grow, and to promote carbon-capture growth in an orderly manner. In order to ensure that the people live on the same footing, they must complete their education, health care, nursing and old-age services, and make further progress in the construction of an awareness-building zone for the chinese national community, which will continue to consolidate national unity, social stability and peace on their borders。
