The municipal development and reform committee, the municipal housing authority, has recently jointly issued a rental standard for public rental housing in urban centres, which has not been revised upwards with the price increase and is in line with the 2016 public rental rate。
The criteria for renting public rental housing vary according to the area in which the public rental dwelling is located, the object of the rent, and the type of house. Of these, public rental housing for low-income families is not sub-regional, multi-layered and high-level, and the criteria are the same: 0. 9/m2 and 1. 3/m2 respectively. Other guaranteed household rentals in the central urban area (i. E., the central urban area) are those located south of changhing avenue, east of changnan avenue, east of changnan road, and in the area to the west of yangjiang bay, on a multi-storey and high-level rentals of $5/month/m2 and $6/month/m2 respectively, and on a multi-storey and high-level rentals of $3/month/month/m2 and 3. 5/month/m2 respectively, respectively, in other parts of the centre city (outside the central urban area)。
Public rental housing is subject to government pricing. In accordance with the measures for the management of secure housing (preliminary) in the city centre, public rental housing is subject to dynamic management based on rent levels in the housing market, which are usually adjusted for publication once in three years, or in due course in the light of changes in rental rates in the housing market. In recent years, housing rents have risen somewhat in urban areas as prices have risen. This time, rent standards established in 2016 were maintained with a view to maintaining overall stability in rent levels and minimizing the burden on low-income families。
This standard has been in force since 1 december 2021. A lease contract entered into prior to the application of this standard shall continue to be executed as in the original contract and, upon expiration, in accordance with this notification.
