The criteria for renting public rental housing vary according to the area in which the public rental dwelling is located, the object of the rent, and the type of house. Of these, public rental housing for low-income families is not sub-regional, multi-layered and high-level, and the criteria are the same: 0. 9/m2 and 1. 3/m2 respectively. Other guaranteed household rentals in the central urban area (i. Public rental housing is subject to government pricing. In recent years, housing rents have risen somewhat in urban areas as prices have risen. This time, rent standards established in 2016 were maintained with a view to maintaining overall stability in rent levels and minimizing the burden on low-income families。

This standard has been in force since 1 december 2021. A lease contract entered into prior to the application of this standard shall continue to be executed as in the original contract and, upon expiration, in accordance with this notification.
