The rent-a-tenant families who received the housing in question under this allocation are under a lease contract pursuant to decree no. 352, and the subsequent administration is governed by the relevant provisions of decree no. 352. After the choice of housing and the conclusion of a public rental housing lease contract, the renting family will be withdrawn from the public rental housing waiting list。
The criteria for the allocation of rental space are: housing with an optional building area of 47 m2 for one or more families; housing with an optional building area of 57 m2 for two or more families; housing with an optional building area of 70 m2 for three or more families; and all housing sources for four or more families。
According to the shenzhen public rental housing management scheme, the average annual disposable income per person and the total household property of both applicants and co-applicants are in accordance with the limits set by the municipality: 1. The average annual disposable income per person of households applying for public rental housing and single residents is less than $54,000 inclusive. The property limit for households applying for public rental housing and single residents is below rmb 660,000 (inclusive of single residents) for three persons and up to 4 persons and above。
