On june 18, beijing, the people's network's electricity (reporter jo jie-jong), in follow-up to the national health insurance agency's network of officials, launched a pilot programme to further the price reform of health services, and to further the preparation of a national health-care price project, the national health insurance agency has recently prepared and published a guide to the development of a project on the price of health services in the form of cosmetics (a pilot project)。
Harmonized regulation of commonly used cosmetic price items
Comfort services are not part of the basic health services, market prices are regulated, and health institutions are free to set price items and set price levels. As a result, the price items are more varied and less comparable than basic health services. This guide does not change the way prices are regulated in the market for cosmetics. It aims to harmonize price items and regulate the pricing behaviour of medical institutions。
In response to relatively mature and clinically extensive cosmetics projects, the national health insurance agency has developed a project guide that uses a uniform name based on the output of the service, using as an example “fill injection”, which includes not only common injections of pelvic acid, but also new clinically emerging materials such as polylacid, polyperoxin, and hydroxyl phosphate. With regard to relatively “abstract” price items such as “fashion sculptor” “hanking”, the project guide harmonizes normative names, such as “photo-skin” “ultrasound gun” “homage”, which, according to technical principles, is shown separately as skin beauty therapy light/laser, ultrasound, radio frequency, and project names are more visible, easy to understand and compatible with new equipment technologies。
At the same time, taking into account the strong demand for individualized beauty surgery and the fact that some patients have more unique and sophisticated requests for medical treatment, the national health insurance agency, taking into account clinical needs and expert advice, has broken down a number of common items, such as lip enrichment, which are broken down into such items as the price of cosmetics as lips, lips, mid-humans and mouths. For projects that are well known to the general public, such as “embracing hair”, a guide is developed to break into different parts of the project, such as hair transplants, such as hair, eyelashes, and to introduce “start-up-to-quantity” taxi-based pricing schemes at a “second” basis, over and above the base component, taking into account both reasonably priced work needs and the contribution of medical personnel。

Harmonizing new price items for fine stitching and scar reduction

The policy of re-surgery and collection fully reflects the value of technology and labour
Unlike most treatment programmes, some health-care institutions in the field of cosmetics are not well-suited and are more likely to cause problems such as suboptimal post-operative effects, asymmetrical organs and even to affect normal functioning. In this context, re-surgery has become a key initiative to restore functionality and restore beauty.
