It is understood that the three main operators have fully eliminated long-distance and roaming domestic mobile phone fees, one month ahead of schedule on 1 october. Owing to the complexity of the write-off related to the adjustment of the billing rules and system modifications, the three major operators have invested more in a one-by-one combo of all inventory costs within the billing system, contributing to the refinement of the development, adaptation and deployment of the network-wide system, and further performing the validation of the costing packages。

How much can the users save
