Dismantling selenium drums

Clean up residual carbon powder
Many selenium drums do not actually run out of carbon powder at the time of replacement and often leave some carbon powder in waste or carbon cartridges. If not cleaned, the added carbon powder and the original carbon powder may become block solids because of incompatibility, so it is important to clean up the original carbon powder before adding carbon powder。
In the clean-up process, the carbon powder in the waste and carbon cartridges is first poured out and then the carbon powder left on the edge of the carbon cartridges is removed lightly with a brush。
Where the brush cannot be cleaned, used to clean out used carbon powder by leather tigers or electric blowers。
The use of electric wind to wipe spent carbon powder at the bottom of the carbon powder box will result in large quantities of carbon dust coming out of the air, and in order not to contaminate other equipment, this should be done as far as possible outside the room。
After the carbon powder in the carbon powder box is cleaned, the carbon powder around the carbon powder box is also cleaned with a brush。
The clean-up of used carbon powder in carbon and spent powder boxes is followed by the clean-up of waste carbon powder on chargers, magnetic rolls and, as an example, the presentation of clean-up methods。
When the charger is cleaned, the fixed screw of the charger (usually on both sides of the charger) is found, and the screw is sprouted down with a screwdriver. Carefully extract the charger from the selenium drum. Both ends of the general charge pads have plastic gear, which must be removed before being wiped。
The charger and the magnetic drum are close to the drum core, and there is a special coating on the core surface, which, if destroyed, will affect subsequent printing effects. Therefore, no screwdrivers are used to contact drum cores when dismantling both parts。
(b) take out chargers and clean up scrap powder on chargers with cotton or soft cloth. After cleaning, the charger is put back in the drumbox and the screws are twisted. It is then possible to clean up the carbon powder on the magnetic plating in the manner described above。
Add new carbon powder
By cleaning up above, you can then add new carbon powder to the accelerator box, and then screw down the carbon cap that you bought
Tore down a bottle of sealed paper and slowly poured the carbon powder into the carbon powder box of the selenium drum until it is fully filled。
In order to avoid the spilling of carbon powder into the box, paper pads can be used in the box mouth to facilitate powdering into the box。
When carbon powder is added, the carbon and waste cartridges are covered with screws. It then wipes the carbon powder around the selenium drums with clean brushes or soft cloths. Before putting a beryllium drum into a printer, the hand-to-hand sway the beryllium drum so that the carbon powder in the beryllium drum is evenly distributed so that it can be printed properly later。
