I. The administration of iquences that we payed
Let's take some of the most common errors:
Animal kidneys do contain some nutrients, but they are also high cholesterol, high-steal food. The risk of high ureaemia and kidney stones is increased not only by eating too much, but also by not “compensating”。
Alcohol has been clearly shown to cause direct damage to the kidneys, as well as increased blood pressure from prolonged drinking, further aggravating the kidney burden. The use of alcohol to “reduce the kidney” is tantamount to adding fuel to the fire。
It's a drug, not a healthcare item. It is aimed at “renal failure” in chinese medicine, and people who do not suffer from disease suffer from stomach injury and dampness。
Focus: “renal” as described by the chinese doctor is a functional system that includes reproduction, development, hydro-gravation, etc., while “renal” as described by modern medicine is a derelict organ. Combining the two with the equivalent of “repairing kidneys” as “protection of kidneys”, the largest breeding scam in decades。
So, what's the real way to protect the kidney? It's simple enough for you to believe, but very few can insist。

Ii. The first thing that really is good for kidneys: keep your blood pressure and blood sugar
Many do not know that hypertension is the second leading cause of urine poisoning (about 30 per cent) and diabetes (about 40 per cent)。
High blood pressure keeps the kidney ball in a “high pressure” state for a long time, like when a water gun keeps running at a sift, which breaks when it lasts; diabetes makes the blood "sweet" and the sugary environment slowly corrupts the filters of the kidney ball。
The worst is that early renal damage with little or no symptoms, and when feet are swollen, foam urine, and lack of strength, the optimal treatment period is often missed。
Proposals for action:
• annual medical check-ups are mandatory: urine routines, urine microprotein tests, blood acetic anhydride (renal plume filter), blood pressure, blood sugar
• b. P. Has 140/90 to intervene
:: persons with high blood pressure or diabetes, recommended to be checked every 3 to 6 months

Iii. The second thing that really works for the kidneys: reasonable drinking of water, no urination
It's so simple that nobody takes it seriously。
The core work of the kidneys is “filtration of blood, discharge of toxins”. Enough water to produce enough urine to flush the metabolic waste out. Too little water is consumed, urine is condensed, the concentration of toxins increases, and direct chemical damage to kidney tubes。
Long-term holding of urine can cause the urine to stay in the bladder for too long and bacteria to reproduce easily; and, more seriously, prolonged holding of urine can lead to increased bladder pressure, which may reverse the flow back of the urinary tube and even the kidney, leading to a reactionary kidney disease。
Proposals for action:
• 1. 5-2 litres of water per day (approximately 3-4 bottles of mineral water) without serious cpr deficiencies
Don't wait till you're thirsty
• the last toilet every 2-3 hours during the day, don't hold it
• remember: beverages, tea, coffee are not a substitute for water, and do not drink as much as possible

Iv. The third thing that's really good for kidneys: not taking drugs
This is the easiest to ignore and the deadliest。
One type of injury is “drug-related kidney damage”. According to statistics, about 20 per cent of acute kidney failure is caused by drugs. And a lot of drugs, which we can buy at hand。
Particular care is taken with regard to these three types of drugs:
1. Analgesics (non-acute anti-inflammation drugs): broven, zapung, for acetylaminophenol, dichlorophenol (adulsive) etc., with direct impairment of kidney function due to prolonged or excessive administration
2. Certain antibiotics: e. G., left-oxen fluoride, mosisa category
3. Herbal herbal herbs with horse bellic acid: closed logs, wide self-protection, aromatic aroma, etc
Proposals for action:
• have a headache and don't buy painkillers
• any medication (including chinese medicine) that is taken over a long period of time shall be used under the direction of a doctor
• for chronically ill persons requiring long-term medication, recommend a semi-annual check on kidney function
