If the order is shown as “seller delivered”
If you have received the goods that need to be returned, log in and find the order on the "my treasure." the pending refund agreement is shown as [please return the goods] and proceed according to point 3。
If an order is shown as “transaction success”
If you have received the goods that need to be returned, you can enter the order on the " my treasure" page within 0-15 days of the confirmation of receipt of the transaction and click on "application for sale" - "refund of the goods back." the pending refund agreement is shown as [please return the goods] and proceed according to point 3。
If an order is shown to be “repatriated”
If the seller agrees to your request for refund of the goods, a refund agreement is reached; if you cannot contact the seller, or if you have contacted the seller but the seller has not done so, the return agreement is automatically concluded five days after the date on which you apply for refund. At this point, you can log in and click on the repository。
Method 1:

You have to return the goods within seven days of the return agreement. If the goods are overdue, the refund will be closed;
The vendor will have 10 days to confirm it after clicking on the return information. The overdue seller will not process it, and the system will automatically refund you。
It's the same thing as sending back goods, and it's the same thing that you have to apply for, and then send back the goods according to the address that the seller has given, and the whole process that you have to send back, the first is you need to return the goods and the second is you need to re-list and then the seller receives the goods。
