The development of the services outsourcing industry should not be a “thousand-city” approach, but one that would allow each city to develop at a different level. With regard to the biomedicine industry, outsourcing services such as pre-clinical and clinical research, medical contract development and production will be developed on the basis of, inter alia, the fertilizer industry cluster and the medical equipment industry cluster in zhuzhou; and around the data service industry, the construction of a data centre cluster will be advanced, with the construction of a well-established integrated control platform for computing and control, enhanced computing resources, support for the development of the data industry and the development of new practices for outsourcing services such as data storage, processing, analysis and applications。

How can companies be easily assembled and let go? The programme offers real incentives for high-quality development in the service outsourcing industry, from taxation, finance, foreign exchange and talent。

Increased financial support.
