What fees for registration, teaching materials, training, registration fees, continuing education... 3. Post-test: congratulations. There's not much money to spend here
Certificate cost: after satisfactory completion, the certificate is expected to be issued. This is usually free of charge or a nominal contribution of $10-20 (detailed by the local personnel examination centre)。
Important reminder: there is no “certificate registration fee” at all. After the examination, you obtained the certificate of qualification of registered fire engineers of the people's republic of china, which is a certificate of professional qualification. And "registration" is the next step, another process。
The core issue of dismantling: whether the certificate “registers” is expensive or not? How much
This is the easiest place to confuse. The reference to “registry fees without registration fees” in the title was correct, but the expression “registry fees” was per se misleading。
To be precise, the initial registration itself does not charge a “registration fee”. When you find an employer to practise as a fire engineer, an application for registration is submitted to the fire department of the ministry of public security (now the fire and rescue department of the ministry of emergency management) through the fire technology service and the registered fire engineer operations information management system。
This process is administrative approval and is officially free of charge。
However, in the context of the “registration” exercise, there are associated costs:
Costs of continuing education: this is a requirement for registration and renewal. You are required to complete the required period of further education for each period of registration (3 years). Continuing education is generally covered by designated social training institutions, which therefore incurs training fees. The cost varies from one institution to another, ranging from a few hundred to a thousand。
Profession seals: when registration is successful, you need to make a personal practice seal. This one requires a scaffolding shop of its own, at a cost of several dozen to a hundred。
Possible costs to the employer: your employer (fire technology service) maintains your practice information in the system, and they may have to pay some costs associated with the use or maintenance of the system, but this has nothing to do with you personally。
So, a brief summary: the state does not charge you the registration fee for the “registration” period. But in order to meet the requirements for registration (continuing education) and practice (chapters), you will incur some necessary, small costs。
Iii. Guidelines for the contribution process: to whom should the money be given and how should it be paid
It's important, don't turn in the wrong place。
Registration fees:
To whom: personnel examination centres in provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government。
How? All online. Upon completion of the registration information and clearance of the chinese personnel examination network, the registration page generates payment orders. It is possible to pay online, for example, through online banking, payment treasures, micro-credit payments, etc. It is essential that it be completed within the prescribed deadline for payment of contributions, otherwise it is considered a waiver。
Training fees/course fees:
To whom: the training institution of your choice。
How? Through official channels of training institutions, such as official networks, apps, public transfers, etc. It is important to pay particular attention here to the choice of large institutions with a reputation, such as eugenic education, the regulation of the contribution process, the ability to write tickets and the guarantee of follow-up services. Do not try to find individuals or informal channels cheaply, and avoid being empty of money and courses。
Costs of continuing education:
To whom: a continuing education training institution designated by the fire and rescue department of the ministry of emergency management。

Iv. Catalyst guide: these “fees” need to be careful
“accounting fee”, “application fee”: first-level fire engineers are registered on a system of notification of commitment and can do so on their own through the chinese personnel examination network, without any need to sign up on their behalf. Any person who claims to have collected money to help you with the conditions of registration (especially the length of service, professional qualifications) is a liar。
“high-priced assignment charge”, “in-house information fee”: the subject matter of the examination is strictly confidential, and any claim that there is a “secret question”, “internal channel” prior to the examination, and that there is a high charge, is a fraud using your anxiety. The real preparation is based on systematic learning and solid practice。
“leave to intermediary fees”: the state expressly prohibits the attachment of certificates, which is an offence. Any intermediary who claims to have helped you locate a company and charge a high intermediary fee may not only cause you to lose money, but may also lead to the revocation of the certificate or even to legal liability. It is important to look for regular establishments to practise full-time or part-time in compliance。
And finally, for a fire engineer at level one, time and energy are invested far more than money.
