Every year, millions of candidates travel to study and study, and there are people with academic dreams, people follow the wind, and many more try to escape current employment pressures。

Numerous graduate students have stepped on the same pit, studying three years of dissertation, making subjects, making prizes, and blindly following their mentors to further their research, completely ignoring employment planning。

This is the huge gap in employment thinking during study。
V. High value for money studies and the need to build three core competencies
First, precise career planning. Targeting employment paths from school, avoiding saturation and cold-door specialization, matching the market with skills, and rejecting blind mixed diplomas。
Secondly, a solid experience of fighting. Enterprises are more competitive than empty academic qualifications, with a strong project experience and internships。
Third, continuous iterative capacity. In order to be sustainable, the world of work, technical tools are being updated very quickly, learning sensitivity is being maintained and textbooks are being consolidated。

The final acceptance criteria for studies are never the number of papers, the number of awards, the approval of mentors, but the quality of the offer at graduation, the level of pay, the platform for development。
