In an effort to solve the problem of employment entrepreneurship among the population, the white water community of the caves of su xian district responded to the digital economic development and tailored the skills needs of the population. On 23 march, a live training course on “network entrepreneurship” was conducted at the united kenzhou vocational training school, which effectively delivered skills services to the popular “home” so that people could gain access to close learning skills, acquire skills and promote employment。
The course was informative and covered core elements such as short video platform operating techniques, mobile video filming and live delivery processes, focusing on the operational needs of the population and adopting an accurate teaching model of “theory + realism”, which allowed participants to understand, learn and use. The training attracted more than 50 residents of the district, and the participants were enthusiastic, interactive and active in their hands and practice, with a strong atmosphere. Starting with the basics of mobile phone filming, video graphics, light applications, etc., the instructors are gradually developing practical features such as video separation, speed change, key frame applications, subtitle additions, etc., and hand hands on helping the students to grow wealth at home。
As a next step, the white water community will continuously optimize its training content and innovative training modules, and will continue to develop a “drip irrigation” precision training project. At the same time, it focuses on the demand for employment entrepreneurship among the population, solidly preparing employment services for priority groups, such as unemployed persons, graduates of non-employment colleges, persons in difficulty of employment and former military personnel, building a platform for job entrepreneurship matching, constantly upgrading the skills of the population and promoting better job entrepreneurship among the population。
