I'm a reporter for china and china
Almost three years after the shop was idle, mr. Liu, the owner of the shop in shanghai, recently discovered that his money had suddenly been withheld from the shop bond of 2,000. “i looked at the store's trade records to understand that i had been maligned with a ‘sweet' form. There are buyers who order dozens of goods within a short period of time, then complain and apply for compensation.”
Mr. Liu and his wife told chongqing journalists that their treasure shop, which sold nails, had once worked well and had made the crown shop; it had not been in operation since the last transaction was completed in november 2019, owing to the number of shops of the same type. In view of the possibility that they would continue to operate in the future, they had not written off the shop, but had simply taken off the merchandise. At the time of opening, they had paid a shop bond of $3,000。
On 23 september this year, mr. Liu unexpectedly found that the deposit of $3,000 had been withheld when he looked at the refunds of the treasures paid. On login to the app (i. E. The treasure hunter's version), he saw the buyer's bill, the complaint record, and the store's withholding record。
The records show that since 13 september of this year, buyers have issued $296 for a commodity; on 15 september, another $25 for a commodity; and on 27 september, several buyers filmed over 20 successive orders within 15 minutes. Since then, buyers have complained to the platform about the non-delivery of goods and 27 of the 29 orders have been declared “complaints”. On 23 september, on the basis of 30 per cent of the total transaction value of $7740 for the 27 orders, the platform withheld bonds totalling $2322 from the shop and paid compensation to the person under orders。
Mr. Liu also noted that the lister had more than 20 ids and that his telephone numbers were inconvenient virtual numbers, while his shop was visited only three times. In his view, this was a pre-meditated “behaviourous billing” by the buyer, who used some technical means to place a bill in a shop that had no commodities on the shelf and would test it with a small number of orders and, if the seller failed to respond, would take a large number of accounts in a short period of time and apply for compensation。
On 1 october, mr. Liu launched a complaint against the buyer for “worious acts” on the poignant platform. Although his complaint was “established”, the platform did not return the withheld deposit. On 2 october, the platform sent a text message to mr. Liu, stating: “the payment of the buyer's money is not returned because of your complaint that the buyer's malicious acts were established after the complaint was established”

According to mr. Liu, poaching does not have a platform to protect businesses: “the poaching is not properly regulated for cyber security. First, my shop has been unrun and unsold for almost three years, and the treasure hunt should ensure that the buyer is unable to pay; secondly, it has not detected the buyer's malicious billing; and neither the buyer's billing nor the complaint nor the withholding of the bond has informed me that the treasurer had not told me on the mill's app or by any means, such as text messages or telephone calls, that the bond had been withheld if i had not looked at it for other reasons.”
Mr. Liu was informed by the staff of the counselling hotline at the legal aid centre that his experience related mainly to cyber-security and that it was incumbent upon him to exercise his responsibility for safety and to investigate the buyer's malicious acts and give the merchant a statement; otherwise, he should bear the corresponding legal responsibility。
The reporter was aware that mr. Liu's encounter was not an example. Some shopkeepers have posted in a book that they have been busy for a short period of time, that they have been subjected to multiple “colourous brushes” and that they have used the rules of the bond payment to protect regular buyers with treasures, have found long-outstanding shop orders and have applied for compensation, and have subsequently received deductions after individual owners have complained to the shopkeeper, most of whom are unable to recover them。
Qin, the owner of the same treasure shop, was contacted by a reporter. Ms. Qin, who lived in hangzhou, had run a shop for the sale of idle items, clothing and skin-care items, and had opened it with a guarantee of $1,000 (i. E. A basic insurance guarantee of $1,000 had been purchased by the state corporation for limited liability for property insurance), which had been suspended and had been set up in october 2021. On 10 october of this year, she found that her store bond account had been unfrozen and that it was not known when the money had been transferred from her bank card and the balance of the payments, which had changed from $1,000 to $4,000; on 8 october, her bond account had been withheld from 35 100 dollars and transferred to 35 different accounts, without her own confirmation。
After entering the web page on the computer, ms. Qin saw over 70 orders issued to her shop in october, 35 of which were successfully refunded on the grounds of “two days without delivery” and were paid $100, and the address and telephone number of the person on the order was false. Ms. Qin said that the buyer had not been notified of the treasure hunt throughout the process by issuing a bill, complaining and paying the bond. She complained about this and about the payment of the treasure, which the treasurer had claimed could not be recovered and the platform would no longer deal with; no explanation was given for the payment。

Ms. Qin consulted with a lawyer at zhejiang gyeong zhong. In counsel's view, the purchaser's malicious order is a fraud and the merchant is a victim; both the mala fides and the treasure hunters and the platform for the payment of the treasures are responsible; if the buyer pursues judicial means to defend his rights, it will have to identify and separate the names of 35 accounts, and the process will be time-consuming and laborious。
At present, mr. And mrs. Liu and ms. Qin have reported the case to the local police, and the chinese and chinese press will follow up on the case。
