The cost of electricity for civilian use varies across the country, depending on the region, and in some parts of the country it is charged on the basis of the amount of electricity used, or on the basis of the time period, as follows:
1. Beijing city: the price of electricity is set at a level of up to 240 kilowatt-hours per month in the first tranche, and the current price of electricity is maintained at the current rate; the amount of electricity in the second tranche is between 241 and 400 kilowatt-hours, the price of electricity is increased by 0. 05 yuan per kilowatt-hour over the price in the first tranche; the price of electricity in the third tranche is above 400 kilowatt-hours and the price of electricity is increased by 0. 3 yuan per kilowatt-hour over the price in the first tranche。
2. Shanghai market: the price of the ladder is 0-3120 degrees (inclusive) per kilowatt-hour in units of annual electricity; 3120-4800 degrees (inclusive) per kilowatt-hour in the second tranche; 0. 667 yuan per kilowatt-hour in the third tranche; and more than 4800 degrees in the third tranche at 0. 917 yuan per kilowatt-hour. The hourly maximum price (6-22 a. M.) is usd 1. 30/kwh and the price of electricity in the valley (22:00 a. M. - 6 a. M.) is usd 0. 35/kwh。
3. Guangdong province: the price of the ladder is a summer and non-summer standard. The first tranche of summer (may-october) is 0-260 degrees per household per month, without adjustment for electricity; the second tranche is 261-600 degrees, with an increase of 0. 05 dollars per price; and the third tranche is 601 degrees and above, with an increase of 0. 30 dollars per rate. The first tranche of non-summer (january-april, november-december) is 0-200 degrees per household per month, with no adjustment for electricity; the second tranche is 201-400 degrees, with an increase of 0. 05 dollars per price; and the third tranche is 401 degrees and above, with an increase of 0. 30 dollars per rate. Users of the population are free to choose whether or not to implement the peak valley electricity price policy, with peak time periods of 10-12, 14:00-1900; normal time periods of 8:00-10, 12:00-14:00, 19:00-24:00; and low time periods of 0:00-8:00。
4. Hainan province: the price of electricity for the population is less than 1 kv 0. 608 kwh and 1 kv and above 0. 588 kwh。
Jiangxi province: the cost of electricity is 0. 6 kwh。
6. Hunan province: the standard rate of electricity in the stairs is less than 0. 588 kwh for residents, 0. 573 kwh for 1-10 kwh and 0. 563 kwh for 35-110 kwh or less。
7. Anhui province: the cost of electricity is 0. 5653 kwh。
8. Henan province: the standards for the cost of electrical steps for residents are $0. 56 per kilowatt hour in the first tranche, $0. 61 per kilowatt hour in the second tranche and $0. 86 per kilowatt hour in the third tranche。
9. Hubei province: the first tranche is 0-2160 kilowatt-hours per year at a price of $0. 558 per kilowatt-hour; the second tranche is 2161-4800 kilowatt-hours per year at a price of 0. 608 per kilowatt-hour; and the third tranche is 4,800 kilowatt-hours per year and above at a price of 0. 858 per kilowatt-hour。
10. Shandong province: the cost of electricity is 0. 5769 kwh。
11. Zhejiang province: the cost of electricity is 0. 538 kwh。
Jiangsu province: the cost of electricity is 0. 53 kwh。
13. Jilin province: the cost of electricity is 0. 53 kwh。
14. Guangxi magnificent autonomous region: the price of the ladder is 0-230 degrees per month, the second is 231-370 degrees and the third is 371 degrees and above. The price of electricity in the first tranche is 0. 528 kwh; in the second tranche it is 0. 578 kwh; and in the third tranche it is 0. 8283 kwh. The maximum hourly electricity price is $1. 00/kwh, the flat segment is $0. 70/kwh and the low valley price is $0. 25/kwh。
15. Hebei province: the cost of electricity is 0. 52 kwh。
Sichuan province: the cost of electricity is 0. 52 kwh。
Chongqing city: the annual electricity consumption of urban and rural households is 2,400 degrees (inclusive) and less than 1 kv. 0. 52 kwh, 1-10 kv 0. 51 kwh and 4,800 kwh; 1-10 kwh and 0. 56 kwh; and 4801°c and more, 1 kv 0. 82 kwh and 1-10 kwh。
18. Fujian province: the cost of electricity is 0. 50 kwh。
19. Liaoning province: the cost of electricity is 0. 50/kwh。
City of tianjin: the cost of electricity is 0. 49 kwh。
21. Shanxi province: the cost of electricity is 0. 477/kwh。
22. Guizhou: the cost of electricity is 0. 4556/kwh。
23. Autonomous region of ningxia: the cost of electricity is 0. 4486/kwh。
24. Yunnan province: the cost of electricity is 0. 483 kwh。
25. Autonomous region of inner mongolia: the price of electricity for the population is 0. 415 yuan/kwh。
26. Xinjiang uighur autonomous region: the cost of electricity is 0. 475 kwh。
