The original, the master's body
Be a healthy communicator, walk along, grow up together
It is believed that a number of friends have encountered people in their past growth or in their daily lives whose hands are clearly sweating when they are nervous, either their handkerchiefs and their towels become the body of the body and never leave their hands; or where they come from, “the rain is on the surface” to melt thousands of paper books; or even simply “the water-baby” with their hands sweating like rain, like the boy below。

This is the case: a young man who is so handsome, who is at the crossroads of his career and his feelings, is not going to be embarrassed by spilling out his screen without paying attention to “one hand stretch”. Fortunately, the young man holds at least four laps in his hand, and he may be able to take back a city with money. Otherwise, if you only have two rounds of key rings, think of the way the girls look at you, with sweat and grief。
So, is this a distortion of humanity or is it a twilight? We are giving you a presentation today on the original sweating。
01
What's original sweat
It's an autonominal hysteria, which causes hyperactivity with your hands. And it's an abnormal state of physical activity, which is a form of primary sweat. Can't you see? Translator to you is the command of the sweaty command - the sense of cynicism, because it is not clear now that too many sweating instructions have been given to the hands, leading to the practice of working in the sweaty sweat of the hands, resulting in the “cold sweating of the hands on the palms” ..
In general, the onset of haemorrhage occurs during childhood or adolescence, with symptoms becoming apparent at the age of 20-30. Eighty per cent of patients start having an illness during their adolescence, the incidence of which is roughly equal for men and women, and 30 per cent ~ 50 per cent of cases of sweat disease have family genetic orientation。
While hand-sweeting does not affect physical health, sweating causes many inconveniences and embarrassments to life, work and social interaction, and affects normal life and interpersonal relations, such as fear of shaking hands, excessive sweating of hands while driving, sweating of test papers during examinations for students, etc., and unnecessary negative emotions caused by sweating hands, leading to mental illness, severe social disorders, and an impact on learning and work。
02
Diagnostics and diagnostics
The current criteria for the diagnosis of haemorrhagic haemorrhagic disease are: no apparent cause, hand-held limitations, sensory stress symptoms which last at least six months and are accompanied by at least two characteristics: 1. Symptoms of double-sided or relative symmetry; 2. At least one per week; 3. Symptoms of haemorrhage that affect daily life; 4. Age of onset
The diagnosis is based on the identification of a secondary haemorrhagic condition and the elimination of the symptoms of haemorrhagic hands caused by a related disease, i. E. Anthopaedic endocrine disorders, drugs, infections, etc。
Sweat levels allow for the classification of sweat disease into levels 3. Light: the palms are damp; medium: the palms are wet through a handkerchief; heavy: the palms are sweaty (figure 1). Patients with the corresponding symptoms may compare the severity against this criterion。

03
How
The treatment of primary haemorrhaging falls into two categories: non-surgery and surgical treatment. Non-surgery treatment mitigates the symptoms of sweating through oral, injection or external use of appropriate drugs, with long treatment periods and a high rate of relapse and often less precise treatment results。
Clinical treatment is still dominated by surgical treatment, i. E., bi-pedal ecstasy. The surgery is a micro-synthesis of an all-embracing chest lens that selectively cuts off the sensory nerves of one section of the double thorax and their sides, thereby disrupting the hyper-neurysms that spread too much signals to the remote sweat glands and causing sweaty symptoms in the hands. It is often observed immediately in surgery that the previously sweaty palms return to dry, warm state of health, to what can be termed “immediate”, with the advantages of safety, micro-intensity, significant results, minimal complications, rapid post-operative recovery, short hospitalization and a cost-effective economy。

04
Adaptation
So, what kind of patient is fit for such surgery? According to the consensus of national experts on sweating, mainly the cases of moderately and severely severe sweating, which have been clearly diagnosed, are surgically adapted, while minor cases are not considered surgically. The best age for surgery is recommended for ages 12 to 50. Children under the age of 12 do not recommend the procedure, until the age of secondary school and the relative maturity of their mentalities have been reached, the patient and the family have determined that it seriously affects their learning life and then assess whether the procedure is required. Patients over the age of 50 may experience surgery difficulties because of acoustic sclerosis expansion or even bending over the sensory neurodrive. It is important to note that patients who combine severe arrhythmia, pleural cavity bonding, pleural thickening and back-to- chest surgery are not suitable for surgical treatment, and patients who combine diseases such as amitraz or tuberculosis need to consider the procedure, as appropriate, if the treatment of the original disease is ineffective。
05
Complications
While there are many advantages to micro-surgery, the common complications associated with surgery also need to be understood:
(1) retributive sweat: the main expression is an increase in the amount of post-operative haemorrhaging that does not feel the influence of the nervous system, such as the chest, abdominal, back, hip, thigh and calf。
(2) sweat of the hands: more often than not, in the first week of the operation, it appears to be “re-emergence” with no triggers, similar to, or even more serious, pre-surgery symptoms, which occur day and night, lasting for several minutes to hours, can be repeated several times a day, and can heal itself in days。
06
Prepare for surgery
What are you going to do before surgery if you're diagnosed by a chest surgeon? In the view of the author, it is of paramount importance to be prepared, to assess the risks of the operation itself and its complications, to repeatedly acknowledge the impact of sweat disease on one's life and work, and to repeatedly confirm the necessity of the operation, after careful consideration and, if necessary, to communicate with one's next of kin. Second, a number of routine tests are required prior to the operation, including blood tests, electrocardiograms, x-line chest tablets or chest ct tablets. Finally, the operation should be postponed for example for recent respiratory symptoms such as cold, fever, cough or nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, etc。
It is believed that, through this general content, there should be a foundation for the treatment of primary haemorrhage and related surgery. If you or any of your family or friends are suffering from sweating, you might as well share it with him. "the giver roses, the hand smells good."。
