The registration authority is the administrative approval board of the high technology industry development zone of the tinless state (nin wu district of the city), with legal representatives, operating in the areas of lubricant oil, chemical raw materials and products, auto accessories and conservation supplies, rubber products, clothing, textiles, daily department goods, hardware tools, handicrafts, office supplies; import and export of self-employed goods and technologies (except goods and technologies for which the state limits the operation of companies or prohibits their import and export); and general carriage of goods by road.
