It is a limited liability company that integrates the production, processing, and distribution of TPU films and TPU film post-processing products. The factory is located in Taiwan and was successfully put into operation in the Yonghe Economic Development Zone of Guangzhou, mainland China in June 2010. Currently, there are 2 cast TPU film production lines and 1 blown film production line, with an office in Shaoxing, Zhejiang.
    3F Chemical mainly produces TPU film (PU film), TPU waterproof and breathable film (breathable film), hot melt adhesive film, TPU high-strength bonding fabric (TPU composite fabric), printed TPU film, flocking TPU film, etc. The 3F chemical product line is very rich, with strong research and development capabilities.     Compared with plastic materials such as PVC, EVA, and butyl rubber, TPU not only has excellent characteristics such as environmental friendliness, non toxicity, mold and antibacterial properties, wear and corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility, but also has excellent properties such as resistance to twisting and tearing, acid, alkali, and oil stains, aging and oxidation, and wide weather resistance. TPU has become one of the mainstream environmentally friendly materials in the 21st century due to its unparalleled advantages.
    Our TPU film products are divided into the following series:
    1、 TPU film: divided into ester film and ether film series. Polyester film has excellent heat resistance and chemical solvent resistance, good airtightness, simple and easy processing, and is widely used in various applications to replace PVC film products. Polyether film has excellent hydrolysis resistance and low temperature resistance, as well as good anti mold and antibacterial properties, making it very suitable for water sports products and medical products.
    2、 Waterproof and breathable membrane (breathable membrane): "FULL TEX Futex" is a registered trademark of our waterproof and breathable membrane series. The waterproof and breathable membrane produced by 3F Chemical has high moisture permeability and high waterproofness. After composite processing with various fabrics, it is made into high-quality windbreakers, snow jackets, raincoats, gloves, hats, etc., greatly enhancing the added value of fabrics.
    3、 High strength TPU composite fabric: TPU film and base fabric are processed through online casting and special laminating technology, with high peel strength. After high-frequency welding, they are extremely resistant to impact and compression, suitable for working conditions that are more demanding.
    4、 Hot melt adhesive film: Hot melt adhesive films of different materials can be easily attached to any material using a simple hot melt method, and the processing environment is clean and pollution-free. At present, hot melt adhesive films with liner paper and liner PE film are being launched.
    The above TPU film products have passed dual testing by SGS and CTI. The EN 71-3 method was used to detect heavy metals such as Pb (lead), Cd (cadmium), Hg (mercury), Cr (chromium), As (arsenic), Ba (barium), Sb (antimony), Se (selenium), etc. The EN 14372 method was used to detect six phthalates including DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP, and DNOP, and the EN 14582 method was used to detect halogens such as F (fluorine), CL (chlorine), BR (bromine), and I (iodine). All other indicators met the latest environmental standards in Europe, America, and Japan.

4. Film color: Colored film requires color printing fee and minimum order quantity. Generally, commonly used specifications can be delivered within 3 days. 5. The film does not contain plasticizers and will not cause wax migration or powdering issues. 6. High frequency (high-frequency) welding, ultrasonic melting, needle turning, mold hot pressing and other methods are suitable for TPU film processing. 7. It is recommended to use TPU ink printing, and the TPU film surface needs to be pre treated. 8. The product specifications are complete. The surface of the film can be post treated with printing, embossing, electroplating, flocking, etc., making it suitable for factory development with more choices. The bonding temperature of the waterproof and breathable film depends on the properties of the adhesive used. When the temperature is too high, it will produce micro pores that cannot be detected by the naked eye, reducing the water pressure resistance of the fabric. The molecular structure is simple (C, H, O, N), and there is no air pollution problem during incineration and combustion.
