The monthly output of the company's mold department is 15 sets of injection molds. The largest mold can reach a length of 1500mm, a width of 1200mm, and a large mold weighing 8 tons. The smallest mold can reach a precision mold with a length of 150mm and a width of 150mm. At present, we have a design team of more than 5 people, equipped with CNC computer milling machines, spark discharge machines, wire cutting (fast and slow wire walking) and other machine equipment required for mold manufacturing.
The plastic injection molding factory has three imported fully computerized hydraulic injection molding machines, with a tonnage ranging from 128 tons to 180 tons. Configure corresponding production equipment to meet customers' high requirements and high-quality injection molded products.
