Wuhan Oubai Technology Co., Ltd., formerly known as Wuhan Engineering University Chemical Plant, was restructured into a limited liability company in 2006. The company is headquartered in Wuhan and currently integrates science, industry, and trade. It mainly has three departments: the Chemicals Division, the Paper Products Division, and the International Trade Division. In 2008, it obtained the self operated import and export rights.         The Chemical Division of the company mainly produces concrete admixtures and other products, and deals in the import and export of oil chemical series products, castor oil series products, isooctanoate series products, sewage treatment agents, anti caking agents for fertilizers and explosives, and fine chemical products, as well as the sales of electroplating additives and intermediates.         In response to the development and actual use of concrete admixtures, the company has collaborated with multiple research institutions such as Wuhan University of Engineering to research and develop various types of concrete admixtures, including crack resistant waterproofing agents, early strength agents, and air entraining agents.
