    In 2006, the company took the lead in introducing large-scale advanced cold and hot exchange cosmetic emulsification production equipment and technology from abroad. The homogenization speed is 9000 revolutions per minute, and it is cooled to minus 15 ℃ 15 seconds after emulsification is completed. We have a modern large-scale GMP standard cosmetics production base of over 20000 square meters. Advanced air purification equipment effectively removes fine bacteria and dust from the air, ensuring that all products are manufactured and packaged in a safe and pollution-free environment. The use of RO water treatment system, through reverse osmosis filtration and ultraviolet sterilization device, reduces the negative osmotic pressure water obtained by compounding, ensuring the best absorption characteristics of skincare products. We have passed the ISO9001-2000 quality management system certification and have a complete micro inspection room and biochemical inspection room.
    In 2004, Professor Cai Guangxin, former chief engineer of Shiseido in Japan and known as the "father of China's cosmetics manufacturing industry" and the world's number one skincare company, joined Meili. Professor Cai, who is 66 years old and Taiwanese, has worked at Shiseido in Japan for 38 years. He has served as the head of the manufacturing, production, and technology departments, as well as the deputy general manager and chief engineer of the factory. He has guided two subsidiary factories of Shiseido in Japan, creating an annual output value of 2.5 billion RMB. He has participated in research and development and mastered the entire formula and production process of Shiseido in Japan since its establishment 140 years ago. He invested in Meili as an individual, and in his own words, returning to work in mainland China is to bring world-class cosmetics manufacturing technology to domestic enterprises.     In 2007, Dr. Dan Chengdong, a senior cosmetic chief engineer from Japan, was invited to join the Meili R&D team.
