Founder of beijing time education advisory limited, artas, founded in the hague, the netherlands, in 2007, graduated from leiden university, the netherlands, and has had a doctoral study focusing on the development of transnational services. School exchanges went to the netherlands in 2000 and for the next 12 years of dutch life, from students to work to starting a family and raising children, there was a deep understanding and experience of dutch culture and life. Owing to the special geographical location of the netherlands, one quarter of the country is below sea level and the west is faced with the sea, numerous inland canals, rivers, lakes and water plumes, making swimming particularly important. Swimming as a compulsory subject in dutch primary schools, in addition to the necessary survival skills for the dutch, is more important to prepare the children to adapt to the environment, to help others, to encourage each other, to be steadfast and to be confident. Dutch teaching begins with the habit of water, and goes on to like it, to know how to interact with it, and very well to act freely in it. Thus, the netherlands has a long history of water breeding and the complete and sophisticated manner in which it is educated, which is the main reason why the dutch water breeding is chosen for the time of the sea and the way in which professional safety is taught is a very large feature of the seams.
