First, the black land in the background of the project is one of the most valuable land resources of the country, known for its great characteristics of soil thickness, high fertility and aerobics, which play an important role in food production and the ecological environment. Over the past few decades, however, black land has faced serious degradation and destruction due to overcultivation, soil erosion and overuse of fertilizer pesticides. In order to protect black land resources and improve the quality of land, black land conservation projects were created.
