Established in 1995 by mr. Mark, an education worker from canada, was one of the country's early legal intermediaries for study. The main focus is on study-in-school services, specialized in international exchanges and cooperation, and the network of services is spread across the country's provinces and the united states of america. Approved in 2001 to qualify as a "certificat d'advanced foreign studying intermediary service." the centre has established good cooperation with a dozen educational institutions in europe, asia and north america and is committed to international educational exchange and cooperation.
