Founded in 2006 as a new management approach and science teaching philosophy, the lococo arts chamber, which is affiliated with the simono coco arts company, has attracted a wide range of national and international musical talent and has for many years been working in close cooperation with the leading international music schools. On several occasions, professors from well-known institutions, such as the russian tchaikovsky school of music, the university of catalonia in spain, the german academy of arts in berlin and the julia music institute in the united states of america, have been invited to china to conduct concerts and master courses to provide professional exchanges and study tables for music lovers. They have been designated as practical training bases to help them find employment. At present, lococo has five school districts in xiamen, with more than 100 specialized triangular pianos, stand-alone pianos and double piano teaching rooms, with standard indoor music halls and more than 5,000 students. As an agent for six international branded pianos, it owns four piano fairs in xiamen city, displaying six top german piano brands, schimmel (schumir), samick (sixwiel), mendessohn dellsson, fiona (fiona) italy, bell hessman (bell hessman) united kingdom, and vaughan (worn) germany, totalling over 200. As of october 2018, there were 21 teachers of senior and middle-level posts and 5 master's and higher degrees. Many good musical talent has been developed, and several students have been enrolled in such institutions as the xiamen school of music, xiamen university, the shanghai academy of music, the chinese academy of music and the sian institute of music. It has been 12 years since the chinese academy of music passed the piano exam, and the organization has participated in the examination for thousands of students, with an internal pass rate of 99 per cent, and more than 200 trainees have passed the tenth level of the piano。
