Since its establishment, the hinda gallery has evolved into a well-known brand-training school in hebei province, where two professors have been sitting for a long time, mostly university teachers, and has drawn up an effective teaching methodology and management system for former students of modern chinese art examinations. The studio has developed a great number of outstanding students in key art-related institutions such as the central american college, the chinese american house and the qinghua academy. 100 per cent of all examinations are conducted annually, 95 per cent of them are conducted annually and 6 per cent of all beauty halls have proven and tested the quality and philosophy of teaching in the studios. The hinda gallery operates as an integrated, closed-door management model, with hardware facilities such as main studios and small studios, multi-media classrooms, school supermarkets, student restaurants, student apartments, students' bathrooms, student libraries, student entertainment rooms, etc. It enables each student to have first-time access to a full range of artistic information, along with a large number of outstanding test papers from the major alumni's annual examinations, as well as analysis of the subject from the previous year's examinations. The happy past is not our glory, there is much more to be done, and what we want most to express is not the glory, but the deep-seated details of our lives and deep-seated feelings. “having to face opportunities and frustrations with each and every student, to be with them to sharpen their will and suffer the blows, to be with them as they arrive, to be above and beyond” is the greatest joy of our lives!
