The mother and child care chain "sister-in-law" was established in august 1999. Currently, there is a national institution approved by the ministry of education as the focal point for the training of sis-in-law; a national institution for the certification of the training of older sis-in-law (mother-and-child nurse), sis-in-law (baby nurse) and lactator; and a national chain of institutions focusing more on the provision of early care services for infants aged 0-3 years.
