In terms of capacity-building, the company is working on a rolling pattern of one-time planning and phased construction. A selection of smarts totalling about rmb 7. 76 billion, the factory is located at the golden ports industrial park in the wuhan economic technology development zone, and will be accompanied by the construction of supplier parks for the production and distribution of spare parts by suppliers in close proximity, thereby improving supply chain efficiency, reducing logistics costs and boosting neighbouring industries. Once completed, the company will have the capacity to produce 150,000 total vehicles per year, including flushing, welding, coating, aggregates, resin five workshops and corresponding ancillary facilities; the engine plant will have the capacity to produce 150,000 engines per year, including casks and lid casting, machine processing, engine assembly, testing and corresponding assistive facilities; and the cyreno research and development centre will be established to meet the need for synchronized development and nationalization, and will also be responsible for joint autonomous product development and the import of new energy vehicle products. The company will be officially operational in the first half of 2016. To benefit from renault's product capacity, companies will first import a series of very attractive suv models from each market area under renault's brand, followed by sedans and other models. At the same time, the company will develop a joint-venture autonomous vehicle model under the zakaki brand. With the advantage of new energy technologies already developed by woodwood and renault, companies will develop new energy-importing automobile products in the future. The company will consolidate the existing network of reno import car dealers and build an independent network of distributors. The network of zarireno distributors will sell both national and imported vehicles and provide after-sale services such as corresponding spare parts.
