They established Flamel Cosmetics (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. in Zhuhai and became the first Italian cosmetics production enterprise to establish a factory in China, specializing in the development, production, sales, and service of cosmetics and skincare products.

In early 2008, the SOFFIO MASTERS brand was launched strongly in China, bringing the rich Italian style to the land of China. The Sofio brand was born in 1985.

In 1994, the Russian company L'Eklat d'or was established.
In 1995, L'Eclat d'or launched the Sofio, Flamel, and Mordelite brands for the Russian and international markets respectively.

In April 2007, the Sofio China marketing department was established, officially facing the domestic market sales.
In November 2007, Sofio began selling at its first sales outlet in the domestic market and entered the Hangzhou market.
