In response to these questions, the institute of agricultural sciences of kunming city and the kunming bacillus institute of the china supply and marketing co-operative institute of china have carried out preparatory work for the establishment of a standard drafting group to begin research and drafting of the text, in conjunction with the many years of work on the promotion of a model pedestal culture. In march 2020, the project for the development of local standards in the city of kunming was incorporated into the programme, under the guidance and facilitation of the market supervision authority of kunming city and the agricultural and rural department of kunming city, after three years of continuous trial work and refinement of the text, which resulted in a number of feedbacks from the industry and the public at large through expert technical reviews. The protocol addresses the current situation in kunming city with regard to the six-sibling baptism cultivation base, explores techniques for the cultivation of six-sibling baptism fields adapted to the local climate in kunming, regulates the environment of origin, bacterial species, the selection, cultivation and harvesting of exterior nutritional kits, and validates the abdominal baptism cultivation base in the different altitudinal regions, using the method of cultivation of the protocol to produce mushrooms。
This standard fills a gap in the technical criteria for the cultivation of the sheep’s belly in yunnan province.
