Project requirements
The china post group ltd. Guangzhou city branch post office (hereinafter referred to as “the purchaser”) purchased the project sporadically for the maintenance of photocopiers in 2026. Qualified vendors are invited to submit response documents and participate in the selection。
1. Project name: selected purchase of 2026 photocopying machine repair and maintenance by the post office of the guangzhou branch of china post group corporation
2. Procurement content: replacement services for the acquisition of consumables and spare parts。
3. The method of purchase for this project is based on a selection negotiation, which is based on a comprehensive rating of the lowest price. In the case of a minimum price sale, the first supplier to submit an offer would be the successful supplier, in which case the price would be the same and the ranking would be determined by the time the offer was submitted。

Note: the maximum price for this item is $49,795, and the vendor's response to an offer above the maximum price will be denied。
4. Supplier qualifications:

1) registered in the territory of the people's republic of china, having legal persons or other organizations that are independently liable by law and are required to provide legally valid business licences。
2) vendors are required to undertake to provide specific vat invoices that meet the requirements of the purchaser。
3) the head of the supplier unit is the same person or the different units in which the controlling and managing relationship exists and is not allowed to participate in the response。
4) no consortium bid is accepted for this project。
5) subcontracting or subcontracting is not permitted。
Note: vendors are required to provide valid proof of the above eligibility requirements in accordance with the “part iv response document format”, otherwise their response will not be approved。
Compliance requirements:
The format and signature of the vendor's quotation documents are consistent with the requirements of the procurement documents, which must be signed or stamped by a legal representative or authorized representative on the page or on a horse or page-by-page basis。
