Photocopiers are often used in our usual work. Photocopying machines, which are also common to us, have been used more frequently, with prolonged and uninterrupted work and minor conditions for photocopying machines, and are compiled below to describe common problems related to photocopying machines and maintenance methods。
The poor quality of copies is the most frequent failure of the optical copier, which can account for more than 60 per cent of the total failure rate, followed by the overhaul and removal of specific malfunctions。
(i) photocopies of photocopying machines are completely black
After copying, there's no image on the copy
Causes of failure and method of removal:
1. Exposure lamps are damaged. The light is first observed if the exposure light is luminescence and, when it is not luminescence, it is checked whether the light foot contact is good. Whether or not the exposure light pipe damage, breakline or bad contact with the light seat。
2. Exposure light control circuit failure. Exposure light control circuit failure, check whether the voltage is normal at all locations, check if the circuit that controls the exposure light is not malfunctioning and replace this circuit board if necessary。
3. Optical system failure. The optical system of the optical photocopying machine was overshadowed by foreign objects, which prevented light from coming to the surface of the sensory drum. Clear the alien. Reaction mirrors are too dirty or damaged, and reflector angles change, and light is too high to expose sensory drums, clean or replace mirrors and adjust the reflector angle。
4. Fault of recharge components. The secondary charge component failed (np photocopying only) to check if the insulation end of the chargeable electrode was punctured and the electrode was connected to the metal shield (with burn marks), causing a leak。
(ii) full white copy
The total white failure of the photocopy is divided into images on the sensory drum and no images on the sensory drum。
1. Images on the drums
Causes of failure and breakdown:
Poor wire contact; reconnection。
Reprinting poles cut off; replacement of electrodes。
Transprinted very high voltage generator damage or low pressure line exposure; overhaul to replace or reconnect to the high pressure line。
(1) low charge. Adjusting voltage to meet requirements;
2. High pressure generator burned. Switching to high pressure generators;
3) the points of entry and exit lines are weak; the points of entry and exit are locked;
Four, one. Right in the middle。
Five, electrodes
Causes of failure and method of removal:
Whether it is a direct-flowing or communication-free machine, such failures occur, especially when the charge pressure is too high and when the air is wet enough to be more frequent。
The electrode was pulled out to show signs of burning within the insulation section at one or both ends. This is where the power leak occurs and the pierced insulation section should be replaced. If the burned area is small, sandpaper can be used; a small knife, such as a blade, grinds out the charred layer and paste it with transparent glue, can continue to function。
Six. Once the green key is pressed, the first step is bad paper
Causes of failure and method of removal:
First, see if the paper is turned. If it's good, but not paper-painted, check:
1) whether paper grinders are dirty, aging and friction is reduced, and if so, they can be washed with strong alcohol; if they are bald, new paper grinders can be replaced. A soil approach can also be used: a rubber fingertip, placed on a paper-painting wheel, which has proved to be an effective solution to paper-painting。
2). The top cardboard springs whether the vertebrae is reduced or, if so, adjusted。
3) whether the width of the paper is broader than the standard size of the paper box;
4). There may be problems with first-off paper ciphers and first-out paper related circuits if the wheel is not turned。
Through the foregoing, it is believed that there is some understanding of the common problems of optical photocopying machines and solutions. Don't forget how clean it is to give the photocopier a better life。
