Between 0440 and 5700 hours on 24 january 2025, there were three consecutive road traffic accidents at k3276km+76m in the high-speed yangtze sector of shenhai。
First accident:
On 24 january, at 1 a. M., li, driving the minibus ky***v, travelled from the town of asphalt in wheong county, guangdong, to the town of sheikang, guangdong, and then from shengon, guangdong, to maeing gao county。
At around 0440 hours, as the zenky***v sedan travelled from east to west along the shen sea highway to 3276 km + 760m in yangjiang city, it collided in the same direction as the zen l8***b sedan, which was driven by the yellow side. The zen l8*** b sedan crashed and ran out of control with the central partition, and was then parked in the fourth track and the zen ky*** v sedan was parked in the emergency lane。
The accident resulted in injuries to passengers zhao yimi, ro chi xian and huang yi, and damage to both cars。
Second accident:
At approximately 0451 hours, when the zhuang almond driver, travelling from the city of fushan, guangdong, to the city of changeang, was passing through the site of the accident, the zhuang e3***9 heavy half-trailed tow truck (towed ef***) carrying asphalt, crashed on the right side of the vehicle and parked in the emergency lane after the zhou l8***b minibus in the fourth lane, causing damage to the two vehicles。
Third accident:
On 24 january, at 0248 hours, chen was driving a minibus g3 ***8 from guangzhou and the airport station, entering the highway in the direction of chang. The driver of the vehicle is chen yae-hyun, who rides chen chi-hyun, chen chi-fu, and chen xiaohua. The driver and the three passengers were close to the village neighbourhood and there was no evidence of illegal operations and fatigue。
At 0401 hours the zeng g3***8 minibus entered the direction of the yangyang highway in the direction of the yangtze river, passing through the cities of kong, eunping, yangdong and jiang。
At approximately 0457 hours, when the car zeng3***8 passed through the road section, it crashed over the vehicle and crashed into the zeng e3***9 heavy semi-trailer that was parked in the emergency lane。

The investigation found that the larger road traffic accident in the “1/24” high-speed yangjiang section of the shenhai sea was a large, productive road traffic liability accident resulting from the collision of heavy and semi-trailed vehicles with uncontrollable speed of cars, the lack of implementation of safety responsibilities for transport enterprises and the inadequate management of safety in the territorial control of transport enterprises。
According to the analysis of the causes of the accident, li, the driver of the small passenger vehicle qinky*** v, did not have sufficient safety distance from the previous vehicle to make a traffic change, which was the direct cause of the accident。
In the second incident, the driver of the heavy and semi-trailed vehicle (which was attached to the towed ef***) huang, the driver of the vehicle, who did not meet technical standards and whose vehicle had a safety risk (the vehicle could not be lighted from the left forward light and the right rear light, the lighting signal was not functioning properly), was negligent in observing the road and was not driving safely in accordance with operational norms, which was the direct cause of the incident。
After the second incident, the driver did not set a warning sign (triangular warning signs) in the direction of the car, failed to effectively warn the rear of the vehicle to avoid giving in, and was responsible for causing the accident。
In the third incident, the driver of the small car zen g3***8, chen choun, was the direct cause of the accident when he was driving a motor vehicle that did not meet technical standards and that was not safe in accordance with operational norms and had been driven at a speed exceeding the maximum speed indicated by the speed limit。
It has been determined that the first axis of the car g3 ***8 does not match the pattern of the tyre, and that there is a lack of consistency in the discharge, capture performance and resistance of the tyre, which can easily lead to a side slide of the vehicle。

The minibus 粤g3***8 travelled from east to west along the shen sea highway, travelling to its left side of the van when it was moving beyond the site of the incident. The minicar 粤g3***b stopped in the fourth lane, and the minicar 粤g3***8 moved to the left when it moved to its right side of the road. The small car 粤g3***8 moved to the left side of the car, causing a taxi to slip into the north side of the accident road and then to slide into the north side of the road and to the back of the car with the stopper eef***, and the mini car 粤g3*** crashed in the back of the road, with the small car 粤l8*** in the right direction of the vehicle moving at a high speed and the vehicle moving in the direction, resulting in a rapid increase in the side angle and a decrease in the pressure of the tyre, leading to a slide into the north side of the accident, and to the back of the car with the stoping ***f***。

According to the investigation report, the driver of the zeng g3***8 small sedan, chen chieng, was responsible for the third accident, in violation of articles 21, 22 (1) and 42 (1) of the law of the people's republic of china on road traffic safety and article 78 (3) of the regulations for the application of the law on road traffic safety of the people's republic of china. The primary responsibility for the traffic accident that resulted in the death of four people, in violation of transport regulations and regulations, was chen chieng.
